The Biohacking Triathlete was created by Sarah May who personally experienced the powerful motivator that committing to her first triathlon provided her while she was navigating major life changes and struggles. "Triathlon was the backbone foundation for me while I changed my surrounding life to support who I wanted to become." Sarah is profoundly passionate about all things biohacking and is studying a degree in Molecular Biology to further deepen her understanding on how molecular focused biohacking can enhance our lives. Sarah has hands-on in person coaching experience as a competitive distance running coach for 3 years and swim coach for 1 year. She also has laboratory research experience understanding the mechanisms for degenerative human diseases.
She is committed to supporting others on their commitment to their greatest potential through triathlon, wellness, and biohacking.
